Re-Designed Bracket for GE Healthcare’s S317 Transducer Offers a More Secure Fit

CIVCO Medical Solutions is introducing a newly re-designed bracket compatible with the S317 transducers on the GE Healthcare LOGIQ 500 and LOGIQ 200 ultrasound systems. The bracket offers a more secure fit onto the transducer, providing added safety and accuracy for the imaging professional. The multiangle bracket has biopsy depths of 4, 6 and 8 cm.

The S317 bracket utilizes a two-part system consisting of a reusable biopsy bracket and a disposable snap-on Ultra-Pro II needle guide. Together, these tools offer physicians reduced technique variability, providing a shorter learning curve and reduced procedure time. This needle guidance system increases productivity of ultrasound-guided procedures including tissue biopsy, fluid aspirations and catheter placement.
